GLUTEN-FREE PIZZA BASE

Ingredients: starch and flour blend [gluten-free wheat starch brown rice flour, dextrose, vegetable fibre (psyllium, inulin), sugar, thickening agents (guar gum, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose E464), extra virgin olive oil, natural yeast (saccharomyces cerevisiae), salt, moistening agent: sorbitol, preservative: potassium sorbate.

Vegan product.
May contain traces of Sesame and Mustard.
